K-12 Health and Science Resources from the National Library of Medicine

K-12 resources? That’s right, the National Library of Medicine has some amazing health and science resources for kids complied in a handy resource guide titled “National Library of Medicine Databases and K-12 Resources.” If you are a parent or working with pipeline students interested in health and science careers these free, authoritative sites are a great place to get information on biology, careers, environmental health/chemistry, forensics and medical terminology, general health, genetics, health information tutorials, HIV/AIDS, lesson plans, and projects. The majority of sites are appropriate for 6-12 grade. Visit the Health Science’s Library page, and click on “Resource Guides” under “Find” to view all our guides. Or, if you want to view this guide right now, click here.
